Yahoo email down

Really sucks when your primary email is an online account. Fortunately it doesn't go down every day, but when it does I'm all trapped.

    Email down caused by Symantec Norton utilities setting. My company product preventing you from accessing your company's email account. After an hour or so of speaking to 2 different outsrouces IT help desks in India we have the problem fixed today. Love, Your Local IT support and Husband
