Pattern: The Jean Jacket by Judith L. Swartz, published in Dogs in Knits
Yarn: Paton Classic Wool
Needle: US Size 8
Cost: About $10 including buttons
Model: Bucky the black pug, 13 years old
Notes: This is Bucky's first official sweater, because he really prefers to be nekkid, thank you very much. He kept the sweater on for about ten minutes, enough time for me to get a few shots, gave me lots of dirty looks. What do you think you are doing mom? Henry sewed on all the buttons.
Here is the tongue. I can lick the top of my nose, can you? There are cowboy hat buttons on the front.
Bucky does not carry any money in those back pockets. We decided to put all the extra buttons on the hem, or the butt, seems perfect placement for some boots.

great! Don't you just love the looks we get when we do things for out pets...
Happy DoT!
I love Bucky's sweater! He was a good model, mom! I hope he earned a treat, too.
He is adorable in his sweater!!!! Ok maybe he'd prefer rugged!
What a cute jacket. He looks adorable. Some boys just don't appreciate the finer things.
Aww, Bucky is so cute in that little sweater! *pug hugs*
Bucky looks quite handsome in his sweater!

Love the tongue pic..priceless! What a great sweater! My chihuahua doesn't like sweaters either and her whole underside is naked bare skin. She has a whole drawer full too that I've made and runs when I go near that drawer! Have a great DOT!
Oh how adorable! Bucky is too handsome. Hope he gets lots of use out of it.
So, so cute. The cowboy buttons are the perfect touch.
Bucky is cute. I hope he didn't chew his sweater up.
I think Bucky looks adorable in his sweater! And it will be nice for him for next winter. Wonderful job by the way!
Bucky's sweater is so cute. He seems to love it too.
Bucky has asked to be paid off in cookies for his modeling work.
