Sock puggie

Bucky has himself wrapped up by a pair of pretty socks -- not pictured, Bucky has his mom wrapped around his littlest toes.

The big flat spot on his forehead is my favorite place to plant a kiss.

(why do we have a Huggie's box in the background? the kid is eight years old and out of diapers thank you very much)

Great socks and great pug!!!

And you still have that Huggies box because those boxes are indestructable!!! And while we are out of diapers here (and have been for years) we still use wipes!

I am afraid that your socks and the dog clash something terrible.

I wish I could say the same about my 8 year old. Damn those overnights!

And you didn't answer the question as to why you still had the box.

Why I have the Huggie's box, which I hope is the last one in the house, more than likely I put something important in it and didn't discover it until recently. Like Lynn said, these boxes are indestructible, so in the years when there were aplenty I always used them as storage boxes. When we moved nearly three years ago, the boxes got stashed wherever I could find a spot. I tend to keep important things in important places, like the back of a closet, or the top shelf in the garage. Once I got used to seeing them there I don't see them any more (does that make sense?).

Just couple of weeks ago we dug up a shoe box in the garage with items from my office at Lucent that I packed up the Friday before Henry was delivered. That was February 12, 1999. I was so happy to see the note cards, name tags and various office souvenirs. Now they are back at my work.

Oh, THOSE stripy socks. They're great. I love self-patterning yarn.
